What you agree to before posting your first review or choosing a username for Friends.
Reviews are public. Anyone using the app can read your reviews, along with the name you choose and the rating you gave. Your private notes, dates and shelves are never shared.
No tolerance for abuse. No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, personal information about others, or spam. Reviews like these are removed, and accounts that post them are removed too.
Keep it about the book. Say what you thought. Warn people before spoilers.
Friends. If you use Friends, your username, name and picture are seen by people you send a request to or get one from, and your friends see only what you choose to share. The same rules apply to usernames, names and profile photos as to reviews: no nudity, hate, violence or anything you have no right to share.
Reporting and blocking. Report a review from the menu next to it. Reported reviews are checked within 24 hours, and a review several people report is hidden until then. Report a friend from their page. Block someone and you will no longer see anything they post; blocking a friend also ends the friendship, and neither of you can find the other.
Your account. You can edit or delete your reviews and what you've shared any time, and deleting your account in Settings deletes all of it, with your username and friends. Questions or a problem: [email protected].
